There is really no need to be specific, though. Just pick something and run with it. The main idea is that you stop thinking about people or situations that bring you down and seriously start to think about how to get back an ex.

You might feel absolutely depressed and stay curled up in bed all day. This is not a way of getting yourself in the right frame of mind for what is ultimately going to be an important task.

You may have seen Disney’s Oscar Nominated feature about a small cleaner robot called Wall-E. It starts in a bleak and silent looking future of rubbish and early 20th century musical nostalgia, and swiftly moves onto a mobile yet bed ridden society taking their sustenance in liquidised form. I didn’t find it very cheery, and I’ve no doubt the kids didn’t either. Come on Disney, what happened to Bambi and Snow White? Has everyone lost hope?

We’ve all seen the tabloid horror stories about children who weigh more in stones than their age, or people who are so obese that they are bed ridden for life. While such examples are extreme, most people believe that our junk food culture and sedentary lifestyle is to blame. They try to demonise the foods we eat, and warn us that these foods are killing us. In fact the truth is that their well-meaning advice is doing rather more damage.

Most are missing the point entirely. They look at the external factors of the world and blame them for the problem. The latest studies produced point to something new that might be the cause, and as they take this information on board and it becomes their beliefs, they experience the problem further.

For example, when you’re young, if you live with parents who are wealthy, who never worry about money, the chances are that you will grow up and never have any problems with regards to money, as you have learned from them the vibration of wealth. That belief usually serves you well for the rest of your life, regardless of the career choices you make. The world responds to your beliefs about money such as; money comes easily, there’s always enough money, I don’t have to work hard to be wealthy etc.

It may also be true that other subjects in the family were less beneficial. If your parents relationship was not good, or their feelings toward each other not good, you may find yourself unknowingly picking up those vibrations and carrying them into your adult life. The reason I suppose they say we marry people like our parents.

We learn our core beliefs as children, principally from our primary caregivers, friends, the television, and carry most of them into our adult lives, unless we manage to change our beliefs, we will live them out.

As we enter the 21st century, and the current of life accelerates, things are happening faster and in more extreme fashion. The rich are richer, the poor are poorer, the slim are slimmer the fat are fatter. Whatever you give your attention to will get bigger. It starts when you’re young and grows from there.

There is no great big manual in the sky to tell you how to live your life and get what you want. Every individual has lived a unique set of life circumstances, and therefore holds an individual set of beliefs. No one can tell you whether this diet, or that pill, or that treatment, or that religion will benefit you. Only you know whether it is good for you. Some people think Scientology is for quacks, but if it works for Mr Cruise, good for him.

Your feelings will guide to the most appropriate course of action. Consider them your internal guidance. They will tell you whether what you’re thinking, and to a lesser extent doing, is in line with your beliefs, and therefore whether it will benefit you. You are living what you believe on all subjects in your life. While you may think that you formed these beliefs from observing the world around you, actually you formed your beliefs and then the world responded to match them. The same thing applies to your body and your relationship to food.

I wouldn’t suggest that eating a packet of crisps is better for you than a fresh juicy apple, but if you tell people that something is bad for them, you are not serving them in any way. Unfortunately, most delicious, tasty foods that people want to eat fall into the ‘bad for you’ category. And then they go and eat them anyway.

Our health conscious times, and the many well meaning health practitioners out there have left us with is a long list of things that we shouldn’t eat for one reason of another. This thing has too much salt, that has too much saturated fat, or too much of the wrong type of fat. That food has too many carbohydrates, or too much protein, or too many preservatives. The list goes on and on. Our good food choices are reduced to a handful of things that don’t really appeal to anyone. What invariably happens is that people go ahead and eat those things anyway, and suffer as a result.

People get fat because they eating the types of food that they believe will make them fat. They look at their bodies and feel bad, and feel fat, and the situation gets worse. Also, in feeling bad about eating these foods, they are attracted to more of the comfort foods which they know are bad for them, which just exacerbates the situation.

We are told that disease is caused by lack of exercise, smoking, bad diet, and excessive drinking, all considered bad lifestyle choices. In fact these are indicators of a bigger issue which lies, ruminating, beneath the surface; namely how the person feels. People naturally want to feel good, have healthy good feeling, beautiful bodies, and when they don’t, they don’t feel good, and tend to gravitate towards activities such as these. The real cause is negative emotion, or dis-ease. That is what causes disease. The external factors are merely indicators.

Not one other person can tell you what is going to work for you. You alone hold the key to what you want in your life. The more you read about the evils of food and their harmful effects, the more you limit your choices. If you didn’t know this stuff, you would have been better off. As you find activities, foods and thoughts about your body which feel better and practice them instead, you are on the right track. Your emotions are very finely tuned guidance that will take you in the right direction, and if you contemplate doing something that goes against your beliefs, then you will feel it is your gut. What you eat is far less important that what you think, and therefore how you feel about it. Get happy and make your choices from there.

Unfortunately, most people wont read the fine print and will be completely surprised by these unforeseen charges.

According to some of the online complaint boards, it also appears that consumers who have tried to contact Colon xR to either cancel the program or to resolve issues with the charges (because they didn’t realize they agreed to the autoship) have had a pretty hard time even getting a hold of anyone at the company. The BBB’s record of unanswered complaints seems to back up these claims.

In conclusion, Colon xR is scam. The product itself seems decent and is likely to do it’s job. But the shady marketing and sales tactics used by the company is downright shameful. They lure you in with an autoship, make it difficult for you to cancel, and start charging your card to their hearts content. My suggestion? Avoid all the trouble and go with a different colon cleanser.
